Hoe goed is jouw Engels? Durf jij het aan om op 30 maart onze school te vertegenwoordigen tijdens The Big Challenge? Dat is een Europese online wedstrijd m.b.t. de Engelse taal. Je gaat dan op school in 45 minuten tijd op jouw niveau 45 meerkeuzevragen beantwoorden. Dat doe je onder leiding van onze Engelse docent meneer Smith. Het gaat om luisteren, lezen, woordenschat, grammatica en dialogen. Natuurlijk zijn er leuke prijzen te winnen. Interesse? Lees dan de rest van dit bericht - in het Engels natuurlijk - en geef je op. Er doen al 15 leerlingen mee!
- The Big Challenge is an online English language contest for pupils between the ages of 10 and 17.
- The contest takes place in our own school on an individual computer or laptop.
- The questions are going to cover listening, reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and dialogues.
- The questions based on pictures and general knowledge.
- Each year (1, 2, 3 and 4) has a different set of questions corresponding to the levels outlined in the CEFR.
- You are going to have 45 minutes to answer 45 questions.
- You must choose 1 correct answer from 4 options.
- And, of course, there are the prizes…
